Taping

Muscle Taping is great for sports injuries and other muscle injuries. The tape applied to the damaged muscle to support it and strengthen it which recovery takes place.

The tape lifts the muscle allowing blood and lymph to flow smoothly, reducing pain, speeding recovery times and enhancing performance.

We provide taping as part of your massage if needed, or as a treatment on its own. Prices vary according to the size and number of areas that require treating.
